Meet Plus (referred to as "we" throughout this policy) is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who visit the our Web sites (“Visitors”), individuals who register to use the Meet Plus application at the Microsoft store as (“Customers”), and individuals who register to attend the our corporate events (“Attendees”). This Privacy Policy describes our privacy practices in relation to the use of the our Web sites and the related applications and services offered by Meet Plus (collectively, the “Services”).

When registering to use Meet Plus at the Microsoft store you can be certain that we have implemented comprehensive security practices to ensure that only registered users and those people who are provided authorized access to, can see your Meet Plus information. We respect your right to privacy and feel it is important for you to know the use of information collected through our service shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which the client has engaged the Meet Plus application. Information we may collect from you

  • Information that you provide to us. You may give us your information by filling in forms on our website or by corresponding with us by email or by consenting in Microsoft or otherwise.

    • Microsoft Clarity, We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising.   • Payment information. When using our paid service, you will be asked for financial details such as credit/debit card information. The processing of these payments is carried out by our payment processor, Lemonsqueezy. We do not store any credit or debit card information on our servers. How we use your personal information

  • to provide you with information or services that you request from us, including responding to any requests for assistance with the service;
  • to send you newsletters about our service and notify you about any changes to the service;
  • to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us;

Our website is hosted on Amazon Web Services, and the application is running below Microsoft Teams.

We do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are aged 13 years and over.
